Their Motto is the "" CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS AT FAULT! ""\r \r 10 Months ago I was recommended to go here and I took my car here for new tires. They used my vehicle's existing tire pressure sensor and remounted it when installing my new tires (YES they TOLD me they did this!) along with 3 plastic and 1 metal tire pressure valve stem cap. Over the course of 10 months since them installing these tires, TWO Toyota dealerships in TWO states have complained that they can not remove the metal cap from the one tire without destroying the tire sensor. When I went back to this place to have them fix this issue, I was told from a mechanic, a manager and the OWNER that this was MY problem and they would NOT fix the issue. The compromise was that was presented to me by the owner was that IF they removed the cap and broke the tire sensor I would be responsible for this and I would have to pay for it. They sold me a faulty tire with a bad cap that is causing major issues and are REFUSING to take responsibility for their mistakes. I caught them in several lies including WHEN I brought my car in originally to them, and they kept coming up with more lies to cover themselves. They are sleezy, slimy, and WHEN you have a problem with their service it WILL be YOUR fault......NOT theirs. Keep that in mind. I have enough paperwork, pictures and video to file formal complaints with the BBB, County, etc. DO NOT GO HERE!
