First off I'd like to say that Lanigan/ Allied was very professional and very competitive for both a full service move and a partial move. The estimate followed by the second estimate, the access to boxes was second to none. Lannigan was willing to do what it took to make our move as pain-free as possible, and I appreciate the entire team. Well almost the entire team, they did have one individual who was adamant about not working, texting his girlfriend, and not putting forth the effort that the rest of the team was putting into the move during the pack. This individual showed up at the delivery with his uncle, who did not work for Lannigan, and tried to have him help move items into the house. I was able to spot this early on and advise these individuals that this was not okay, as the uncle was not covered by Lanigan insurance. If something had gone wrong during the move and an item was broken, or this individual was hurt I would have had to pay out-of-pocket having this man on my property. I thought this was very shady, but this was a result of not having a an official representative from Lannigan/ Allied on site during the delivery. The rest of the crew were very professional and did an excellent job, and I appreciate their hard work. Overall it was an excellent experience, unfortunately good help is not always easy to find, and I'm sure Lanigan Allied are aware of this individual and have hopefully taken the appropriate actions necessary to prevent another possible customer interaction like this. I highly recommend when again for any moving or relocation.
