WARNING! Do NOT hire this company to do your work. Janice G and Jerry S. are spot on with their reviews. Ryan is an unreliable manager who makes commitments and then fails to follow through with them. Here's how not to run your business - Don't make an appointment for repairs and then fail to show up for the said apt., only to call almost 4 hours later to explain why you weren't there. We've had THREE no show appointments when the work was supposed to have been completed and no phone call to warn of any delay. They've waited 2 - 4 hours before calling with an explanation for their delay, and only after I have called both their office and Ryan's phone. But beware - Ryan won't ever answer your calls. When I confronted him about that he gave me a line about how I'm not his only client, and he's not going to call back until he has answers regarding my questions....Nice line, I'm surprised he has any clients at all with how unprofessionally he runs this business. Oh, and after the 1st crew came in to clean up the black mold - they left a horrendous mess all over my laundry room/bathroom and I spent 2 hours cleaning up after them. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone else to do your clean up. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and their repair work is seriously lacking professional quality.
