My insurance company paid Mobility Outfitters upfront for some modifications on my vehicle. It took many months to find a time satisfactory to both of us for it to be in the shop for ""a few weeks."" Once it was in the shop, a few weeks turned into 14 months! Someone at the company lied and told my insurance company it had only been there ""a couple of months!"" Additionally, I had problems with loose wiring left under my seat where my feet would naturally disrupt them, causing the seat to stop working, leaving me stranded in the seat. Fortunately, both times this happened so far have been during business hours; I had to drive to the shop for emergency repairs to get me out of the vehicle. And good luck ever talking to the owner! In way over 2 years of dealing with them, I don't believe he was ever available to talk to me. The morals to this story: NEVER pay up front, and, in this case, get your work done at another shop!\r
