Review content:
I would like to review this business for the outstanding service I received. I initally brought my dog into the clinic for a nail trimming, a week later, his dew claw broke off half way, so now he had a hang nail, and was miserable and infection prone. I was hysterical because it was bleeding from the root of the nail, when I had JUST taken him to get them cut! I called Twin Rivers Animal Hospital to notify them, and the response I received from Erica is just one of the many examples of how great this place is. She acknowledged and apologized for the damage, and waived the follow up fee to have the nail completely removed. Upon arrival I saw Dr. Parker, along with a vet tech whose name I dont remember, but was absolutely great. Dr. Parker administered a pain injection and removed the nail herself, I also received antibiotics and a cone for Mr. Muxu to take home. Not to mention the generous dental treats offered in the waiting room-haha! I received a follow up call from Dr. Parker herself, the very next day to make sure MuXu was okay after the pain meds and it has been about a week since this incident, and I have since received an additional follow up call and made my follow up appointment In short, this experience was one that could have easily gone sour, but the commitment from the team at Twin Rivers Animal Hospital made it as painless as possible and MuXu is on his way to recovery. I could not be more thankful.
