Review content:
We stayed at this property on September 24th and 25th. Upon arrival we were surprised to find out that there were no elevators and wondered how we were going to carry our luggage up the stairs (this was a best friends vacation away from our families to de-stress & unfortunately we do not travel light!). The front desk person sprung into action and amazingly carried our suitcases up the stairs and to our room for us and then asked if there was anything else that he could do to help us! The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the very best that we have ever encountered in our travels. Everything was absolutely delicious and the person in charge made certain that everything was stocked and you could tell how much that she cared about the guests. All staff that we encountered at this property were absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! This property is close to the mall and many restaurants and not far from Blennerhassett state park. We are going to plan another get away here in the Spring.
