Jeff the technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable, communicative, and conscientious. An equipment problem lengthened his service call, but he never appeared rushed or concerned about the impact of his delay on other calls he was scheduled to make that day. He persisted to resolve the immediate issue and ensured I understood the long-term consequences (a disjoint in my sewer line). I would work with Roto-Rooter again, and recommend them to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.
