If looking to replace your fence look someplace else. This place did a terrible job on a fence that my neighbor coordinated and I paid half. I was told by the person who installed the fence that it was very difficult to scratch the fence. On the day of installation I was not home when the fence was finished. When I arrived home my neighbor told me to let the concrete set for 24 and do not clean the fence. The next day I cleaned the fence with water only and noticed several scratches and a few spots where the underlay material was showing through. Also the fence is not even. My neighbor called the company to come back out and they replaced a few of the boards/slats. However, they made it worse. There is a very strange line going through two entire sections. Vinyl Fence Depot came back out and they are now saying that it isn't their responsibility. They said it looks like someone sprayed something on the fence and that is what caused the lines. Well they are the only ones that sprayed anything on the fence. I wish I had the old rotten wood fence back and my money. If I was the person who coordinated the install I would have insisted immediately that they take the entire fence down and redo.
