Review content:
I recently brought in my truck to have some work done that proved to be beyond my capability. I researched the company and was genuinely impressed with the reviews I read. I was equally impressed by the owner countering each of the negative reviews with the other side of the story of the encounters those individuals experienced. Now for my personal experience with this establishment. I had turned in my truck to have one of the CV axles replaced because I was unable to break the axle nut free (6 years of Northeast winters). Later that day, I remembered I needed to tell them that I needed to keep the old part for the core charge refund. While I was on the phone with Josh, he made it a point to inform me that there were two bolts missing from the hub on the left side. This part was replace a year and a half ago in Georgia. They took the time to find replacement bolts and install them. When I arrived to collect my truck and pay them, I looked at the bill and not only was I not charged for the bolts, but I was also not charged for the additional time they spent looking for them. I only paid what was quoted to me at the drop off earlier in the day. They even honored the tax exemption for a Non-Washington State resident (my home of record is New Hampshire). I must say, they proved to me they are an honest establishment that values customer service.
