Review content:
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been doing almost all of our plumbing for quite a while. They have replaced toilets, repaired leaks and replaced hot water tanks for us a couple of times. Every time one of their guys comes they go above and beyond. They are open about what they are doing and how much the work will cost. While they're not the cheapest, you can always trust them. If anything is not what you think it ought to be, they will come back.
Their service techs are always friendly without being pushy. They always explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. They tell us what they might have to do if something they try doesn't work. After a while you get the same tech coming back to your house. He knows your house, and you feel comfortable with him and his recommendations. You know he knows what he's talking about and away you go!
