AAA discount not worth the time wasted waiting 20 minutes to fulfill a reservation...and then getting snubbed as the next-customer-in- waiting for a disgruntled customer at the end of the line who was returning a defective car rental she picked up earlier that day! And without any acknowledgement to me, or the guy after me, that he was going to take the LAST customer first! Only ONE rep working a busy Sat morning, cleaning cars AND processing customers. Even if they "normally" have more folks working at Hertz at 10:30 am, he should've acknowledged that they were short-handed...but he didn't say a word. I immediately cancelled my reservation ("are you sure?" is all the rep had the audacity to say), and I asked my friend waiting patiently outside to drive me directly to Enterprise on Black Mountain Road, remembering a positive experience I had with them. I'm big on discounts and coupons, but the extra money I paid with Enterprise was absolutely worth the considerate customer service,
