Review content:
I took my car in this morning for minor repairs - new headlight and 12v not working. Everything about the experience was great! The price was fair. Steve and the shop team knew what they were doing and quickly earned my confidence. For the 12 volt charger issue, they showed me which fuse was out and how to replace it. I left the shop, bought the fuse at O'Rielly, and that didn't solve the problem. I called Steve and he asked me to return to the shop. A quick test showed that the new fuse was working, so it was most likely a burned wire. (I have a habit of charging more than 1 device at a time). It was most likely a bad wire up under the dash. The word "Dealership" was uttered. I was sad - I don't trust the deaer. They checked up under the dash and found the wire that had come disconnected. A quick fix and I was out of there! I WILL go back. This was a great experience and they earned my trust.
