I have always been taught to take my car to the dealer and I always trusted them at there word,
that was my first mistake. Colton looked at my car, took me out to shop and took a box of new pads from the back to use as comparison.It was
very clear that I had over 60 percent of my brakes remaining and did not need any brake work done for quite awhile, he also explained
that the clear liquid I asked him to look at was in fact a repair that was previously done at bmw of austin.He explained to take it back to them for repairs to be done under warranty,that I should let them fix it right .Considering how much I have spent with Bmw I was surprised to find that Colton proved it is always better to get a second opinion.I will return to this shop for all future repairs and will refer them to all friends.
