It started from the phone call. Very friendly and professional phone skills. My band shows up and we proceed to check in and we were greeted by a friendly housekeeping staff. How friendly? They took our luggage to our room, and when the housekeeper saw I had a baby, brought a pack and play and set it up with us even asking! I was floored. The desk staff is knowledgeable of the area and helped us find a spot with fat free yogurt and a good family Irish pub and grill. \r
They have a nice pool area and sauna. The rooms are clean and comfortable and in my opinion I would pass up the most luxurious hotel in Ft. Wayne to stay here again. I travel a lot and service this good is too rare and too far between.
