Review content:
Backed up kitchen & laundry room does not support a happy home environment! Juan to the rescue. I choose to call on this well respected company, expecting the best in customer service. Although I was not happy with the 1st tech that came out, he did not have a clue why he was sent and he did not have the proper equipment; nor was I happy about the tech that came out when no appointment was scheduled :( I can tell you though that once Juan was on my doorstep, his demeanor spoke volumes! He did not stop until the main line was clear and he thoroughly filled me in on my options. At the end of the day, Juan was my hero!!
