Review content:
Called Tuesday night because water was spraying out at the point the pipe entered the house since they advertised 24/7 service. Was told plumber could not come until the next day (Same problem with other 24/7 services, at least this one admitted it before hand, unlike others who did not return my call or could not contact the on-call plumber). The plumber Mike 2627, Roto-Rooter, Houston, TX showed up on the dot at 8:30, gave me a free estimate and got right to the job when I accepted. He was done in time for me to meet my regular 10:00 appointment. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.
