Review content:
We had a bad blockage that my son wasn't able to remove with an auger and things got really bad. Fortuantely, I called Roto Rooter and they dispatched Clyde Crump from their 3403 N Sam Houston Prkwy location and he did an excellent job of resolving the issue and showing us where the roots were invading our system and explained how to use their product to maintain clear lines. He also gave us some handy tips to help keep debris from entering our lines. He was very thorough and professional. I believe for the time he was here, the cost was fair and I won't hesitate to call them again in the future if the need arises for drain or other plumbing issues. Thanks Clyde for ajob well done.
