Review content:
We had a stopped up sewer line and wanted a repair man out ASAP. We called roto-rooter and were told exactly what time to expect the truck. An hour before the scheduled time, we were called by Roto-Rooter and told the truck would arrive within the hour. The technician [1046] was very friendly and polite. He told us exactly what the problem was, how he would fix it and how long it would take. He also told us the cost of the job before he started work. He completed the job within the estimated time frame and was very careful to not disturb our flower beds. We plan to use rot-rooter for all of our plumbing needs, not just sewer clean out.
