We were not sure if we needed a plumber or an air conditioner service repair man, we had a leak . We called our local plumber and Roto - Rooter. Our local plumber did not answer whereas Roto -Rooter did. They quickly gave us a time when they could come . We scheduled a time that was convenient to us and they promptly arrived . Brian#828 came in with an assisstant Mike and assessed the problem in minutes. We asked for their names because we were so pleased with their professionalism and knowledge and wanted to mention them. This shows that Roto-Rooter hires the best. From the receptionist,to the dispatcher,and to the plumber, this team was courteous,professional, and highly worth recommending!
