Job well done!
We have a problem with our kitchen sink causing our master bath shower to back up. Not only is it disgusting, it stinks! We have known about this since we bought our home over 7 years ago and have been told it is a builder defect. We normally use Mr. Rooter, my husband was at the office when he called and couldn't remember the name and called Roto-Rooter instead. We had our original appointment on Friday. They should've been here by 4...then 5...then 6....Then within the hour. So we then decided to cancel and go back to Mr. Rooter. It turns out Mr. Rooter was unable to fix our problem due to a fire. So we called Roto-Rooter again and...
We are SO glad we did. We had Jim and his partner (I didn't catch his name as my husband was out with him). They used their commercial grade machinery and blew out YEARS of YUCK. Seriously, we've had something similar done about every 18 months and I've never seen the junk that came out of there. He also sold us some of the solution to keep the problem from happening again (commercial grade) and swore we'd never have the problem again. He was so kind and knowledgeable. We will be using Roto-Rooter again! What a great plumber for Houston!
