My daughter was in a no fault accident which left her without a car to drive. The other insurance company, USAA who are the rudest most unprofessional group of people you will ever talk to on the phone!! They will not extend the car rental until my daughter receives her check from USAA. This will leave her without a car for God knows how long. My daughter and I both left a message for Gina @ State Farm to call us back regarding this situation. We have yet to hear from her so we talked to her assistant that stated that State Farm cannot help her with a car so my daughter is out of pocket for a rental car. This is what gives Insurance Agent's a bad name. It may not have been important to Ms. Gina, but it certainly is to me and my daughter. I will make sure she goes elsewhere to someone who will return phone calls and will go that extra step to help her insured's in what they need.
