Very good job on my home, including some light stains, and a fresh feel to carpet. Used their carpet cleaning services at a rental property just outside Meridian, Idaho as well. Quick drying enabled us to turn around the Boise property one day more quickly but heavy stains in front of the sofa area were still evident. Comparing steam carpet cleaning in Boise and this service: steam cleaning is, I think, a deeper carpet cleaning and heavy stains are removed for a longer period. The Naturell cleaning, however, does not leave carpets as wet and carpets dry more quickly. Naturell also helps remove pet smells and there is not tendency to mildew, mildew smells as some steam cleaning leaves in older carpets. Recommend highly for anyone who has allergies or homes that have damp locations as this will not add to the dampness, mold or other allergens. Only gave a "B" to quality because it cannot address the deeper stains as well as other methods. Their Boise carpet cleaners service was A+, however, and I would use them again in my home.
