THEY HAVE DRILLED MANY TEETH THAT THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE - THEY TOOK OUT A WISDOM TOOTH HALF WAY THEN I HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER DENTIST TO FINISH AS THEY COULD NOT DO IT - THEY WANTED TO PUT CROWNS ON EVERY TOOTH JUST TO GET PAID AND I LET THEM DO A FEW, NOT AWARE THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOUCHED THEM!!! THEY PUT A CROWN IN ONE TOOTH. RIGHT AFTER DOING IT, I SAID THE FLOSS GETS STUCK AND IT DOESN'T FEEL RIGHT, BUT I KEPT GOING BACK COMPLAINING AND THEY SAID IT WAS FINE --- I FELT PAIN IN THAT TOOTH AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE ONLY TO FIND IT WAS DONE SO POORLY IT CAUSED A CAVITY AND NOW NEEDS ROOT CANAL -- I CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD Dr. GELBART WOULD CALL ME BACK AND TO DATE (JUNE 8, 2009) I AM STILL WAITING--I WAS TOLD BY EVERY PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE, AND I CALL EVERYDAY-THAT THEY GAVE HIM THE MESSAGE BUT HE HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK-HE KNOWS HE IS GUILTY BUT WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE DISASTER HE CAUSED--I sent faxes no answers, called no answer! wake up gelbart and take responsibility for your ways and your workers also.
Cons: Dishonest. Always selling unneeded denal services.
