Review content:
I read all these awful reviews about TruGreen from other areas, about how they will say anything to get your info. and credit card number but once you're in their system, they just keep charging you ""their"" prices, no matter what your agreements were. I also read how people try to cancel, but TruGreen keeps sending out service technicians to maintenance the yard and then charging for it, regardless. I read all these things and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. OKAY, people, BELIEVE all the reviews. These people are nuts!! They were so poorly organized (the office) and didn't communicate anything with each other. Then we got charged for a service that was supposed to be free. Now they're saying they never offered the ""first service free"". I was so astounded to realize I was caught up in the same bait-and-switch problem the other reviewers had talked about. BEWARE of these people. Don't give them your credit card info. Seriously, if you don't want to believe just me, look it up elsewhere. TruGreen has even gone through legal actions about their shady business practice!
Pros: None at all
Cons: Unorganized, don't live up to their promises, charge your credit card ""their"" prices
