I began to tell my husband that my suv was skipping when I drove it. We went and got the oil change and inguired about having the transmission fluids serviced and was told to take it to the dealership. My husband decided to stop by Bob's Transmission which told us immediately that it was the transmission. NEGATIVE!!!!!! I am out of work for six weeks and I am not able to fork out that kind of money so my husband informed the guy that he was going to Mr. Transmission for another opinion and they said we needed to do some research. Nevertheless my husband stop by there and began to tell Mr. Mike the problems that we where having and he kept my vehicle for a couple of hours. Well I didn't need a transmission, but I needed a PCM and after discovering that Mr. Mike replaced my ERG Valve at no cost to me and in my opinion I find Mr. Mike to be a very fast talker, quick walker, but true to his words. He has also insured his work for 3yrs and also put a warranty on my transmission for me. He definitely has gained my business in the near future if I need any work done because he was a man of his words and went above and beyond his call of duty as a business owner. \r
