Review content:
On Christmas day our furnace pilot went out. We diagnosed the problem, and knew that is was a quick fix. Of course nothing is open, such as Farm and fleet where we can purchase replacement costs. We made a few comparison costs phone calls, and Althoff managed to mislead us into believing that they were the more reasonable price. Of course, once the service man arrived, it was apparent that we were paying nearly twice what the other reputable company had advised. Don't trust their quoted price. Buyer beware.
