My experience here was TERRIBLE. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The environment was very hostile and the receptionist (Nicole) was very rude and threatening. In addition, she did not explain the rental services to me at all. I was charged $14 for insurance, even though I did not agree to it. She just rushed me through the paper work and when I returned the truck, she gave me a price with the insurance added into it. She also had hiked up the gas mileage. When I question her about the gas, she became very nervous and took it off. I felt that Nicole was doing anything she could to rip me off. She had an attitude when I begin to tell her that she had not explained the price of the insurance to me. When my sister agreed with me, Nicole began to yell and even threatened to call the police to my sister. She told her “GET OUT OF MY STORE! I AM CALLING THE POLICE TO YOU!” She then picked up the telephone and proceeded to call 911. I told my sister to leave the store. I have never felt so insulted in all my life and I cannot believe that UHAUL would employ such an unprofessional, “GHETTO” person. I will not recommend UHAUL or Uncle Bob’s Storage to anyone at all, not even to my worst enemy. Nicole needs to be reprimanded on how to deal with customers. Number one, she needs to know the policies of the company –like, you just cannot rush customers through paperwork and make them sign it without explaining to them what it actually is. I was under the impression that she was only charging me for the rental of the Uhaul, not insurance because she did not say anything about insurance. Again, I will never use UHAUL!
