I must admit that I was very concerned about using Arrow Upholstery because of some very negative things we have heard and read about this company and its practices. We needed a loveseat recovered and since they were close by, we stopped into their showroom to look at fabrics. A young lady, Theresa, met us in the lobby and was very cordial and helpful, and helped us choose a suitable fabric for our loveseat. She quoted us a very reasonable price and we decided to have the work done. It took about 3 weeks for us to get our loveseat back, but it was completely worth the wait. It looked showroom new and was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the workmanship and service we received from Arrow, and have no problem recommending them for your upholstery needs.
