Brian I.: The Kennel is a training facility that promotes responsible pet ownership. Owner’s wife checked in their #120 lbs. German Shepherd for the first time and did not reveal any attack training history. It took 20 minutes and senior staff to move the dog from a play yard to a secure run without getting bit. Because the behavior of the dog was extreme, we immediately called the owner and asked for more information about their pet. Owner said his dog was attack trained a long time ago. We explained that his dog was behaving aggressively. We explained to the owner that his dog would be safe and secure, but we would not be doing any playtimes or bathing during his stay (neither of which is required). Owner chose to leave the dog for two weeks. When owner’s wife picked up the dog, she was told that we could not provide any future services due to our non-aggressive policy. She was also reminded of the liability and courtesy to share information about the dog with other pet professi
