Review content:
Dealership will not perform some items on weekends. The entertainment module needs to be checked as I've had a couple of error messages, they would not check it. Also there's a recall for the sunroof, again they will not perform the recall on the weekend. I've been told a couple of times now that these items are only performed during the week, very poor service! It's very difficult to take time off from work and I doubt that Lia would pay me my salary for the time off. Because of this policy, my car cannot be serviced as it should at my convenience. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this dealer to any of my friends. In all my years, I've never had a dealer decline warranty items. Is this Hyundai's way of avoiding warranty that they claim is the best in the business? Very poor!
