I have been to many Firestone stores in the Northeast. I would say this is definitely one of the better ones that I have been to. I always use Firestone for alignments & they always do a great job! They have a lot of specials if you use their credit card such as discount oil changes & inspections so the discount price is nice but their regular price is the highest that you will find although it does carry a national warranty. This is helpful if you travel a lot. Like every other Firestone, they are very aggressive with their "suggested maintenance" so be careful as they will always suggest something to you, it is Firestone standard practice. How do I know? I have my tires rotated/balanced at Goodyear then go to Firestone right after for an alignment & Goodyear never suggests anything because my car is mint but Firestone always does "based on the mileage" & nothing else. They don't have any maintenance records for my cars other than alignments so it is cause for "suggestions". All of th
