Chad Jones is an absolute dream to work with! My AC started leaking and I was directed by the AC company to call a plumber out first to see if the issue was in the main line after I told them I had other drains in the house backing up. I called several plumbers in the area, and Chad was the only one that could come out the next morning (it was a Sunday at about 8pm when I called... AND HE ANSWERED!!!). He got to my house on time and discovered that my main line was not the issue. He plunged my toilet AND cleaned the hair out of my drain! AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME! He wouldn't take my money when I offered! His reasoning was that he didn't charge for little stuff, but suggested I ask y landlord about getting a new toilet, as the drainage holes in mine were all corroded. Well, inevitably my toilet stopped up again. Chad came back out and unclogged it AGAIN FOR FREE. He showed me why it was continuing to happen-roots growing deep in the toilet line - not the main line. All and all I got the problem fixed and Chad was awesome all along the process!
