I am extremely unhappy with 3 day Blinds and I could not ever recommend them to another person. We had used Steve's Window Fashions in the past and should have stuck with them! Unfortunately, I let a "sale" guide my decision. We ordered our blinds from 3 day blinds and them unfortunately, our house burned down 3 days after we placed the order. I contacted our Sales person immediately to let her know what had happened so the order could be stopped. We never received the blinds or saw anyone from the store after that point. A month later I received a bill from them for the Blinds (which we never received) and INSTALLATION of them - which never happened since the house BURNED down!!! When I contacted them to discuss the matter I was told I would still have to pay the bill because I had ordered the blinds. I quickly pointed out that I had followed the proper procedures to stop the order in the 3 day cease order window... but I got no where. I am still fighting that bill - 4 months
