I recent went into Joy's Furniture Galleries (1/20/2008) to purchase a bedroom set. I found the set I wanted to purchased and asked the sales associate if I could get free delivery with my purchase. She said no. I asked her to ask the manager if he could work in free shipping and she said she would not ask him. I asked her to ask him again and she turned to me and said "You need to go somewhere else. This place is not for you." Wow! I have never been so rudely treated at a store before in my life! I found the manager, who was just as slimy as his employee, and he did nothing about the situation. I left Joy's Furniture Galleries upset and without a bedroom set. I was so surprised they would not bend for their customers. I will not step foot in that store again! What a horrible experience.
