Dr. Kane is an experienced optometrist that has been taking care of the Laguna Niguel community for the last 30 some years. He has been my optometrist for the last 20 years, and I appreciate the extra time he spends with me and other patients to make sure he gets all tests right.\r

Dr. Kane has a modern office with the latest eye-care software and new computers. He has top of the line optometric equipment, including a Corneal Topography System, which by the way, is only used by about 10 percent of Optometrist. How do I know this? I volunteered to research for him a newer model since the one he has seems outdated compared to all his other equipment, but I found out that this was the latest model made because most Optometrist didn't want to be bothered with this valuable tool. Also, it is hard to learn to use and is very expensive.\r

I have recommended Dr. Kane to all my friends, and I believe most of his new patients are made by word of mouth.
Pros: cheerful staff, relaxed atmosphere, clean and bright office
Cons: sometimes crowded parking
