Model Availability - Enterprise in the US is very different from that in the UK. Why? well first of all in the UK you are able to specify what model in what category you wish to rent. With sufficient notice they manage this request as they are always shuffling the fleet stock - one way hires etc. This was challenging at this local branch as the US operation does not have/offer this facility. I struggled to obtain the correct car with Bluetooth options for some of my hires. It was really what they had available at that time and with stock always out on rent this made it challenging. Should I have gone to Tampa International Airport for service - no this should I feel have been pursued. \r Car Preparation - Very poor as again in the UK the vehicles are always immaculately prepared - vacuumed and detailed inside and outside - one could mention pride? At this branch this was not to be expected. Perhaps due to the high turnover or to maintain operating costs cars were not always presented in great condition. \r Staffing and Management - always helpful, polite and charming. The one instance when dealing with a management trainee, whom seemed to have gotten out of the bed on the wrong side when I was requested to change a car. Spoke with the Branch Manager - Melissa (she's great!) and this was managed to my satisfaction. I'm a Enterprise Loyalty participant and always hire from the company for over 5 years now. If they can raise their game to UK equivalent they will still and always be my first choice
