Review content:
I visited the store at 11am and ordered 2 $5 fill up meals. I drove home then checked my order to find the famous bowls where lacking chicken. My girlfriend then called the store and explained what happened to the store manager. We were put on hold for several minutes at this point. She didn't apologize or believe the story, saying that the person who made the order assured her that chicken was added. After this the call was ended and I had to call back. She assured me she was doing everything by the book so I asked for the owner/operators phone number or contact email. I was then referred to a survey number instead. Then I decided to drive the 25 minutes back to the store to show the woman my order was wrong. She then replaced my order but still refused to apologize to me or my girlfriend offering me extra food instead, which I declined because I wanted an apology for being called a liar, which she declined calling me. I asked her for her name and she would only tell me the general manager's name (Pam) and that she would be in tomorrow, during which time I work 10 hours in a factory. I left very dissatisfied. and am now filling out this review 2 and a half hours later.
In short, I was wronged by one of your managers and only looked for an apology but instead she handled it very unprofessionally and it reflects poorly on my view of the KFC and the pepsi-co name.
