In response to the customer that was billed 34.51 for an oil change it is because your olds aurora takes 8 quarts of oil .Go to wikipedia and search north star engine series to confirm this. as you know oil change coupons only include up to 5 qaurts of oil and the disposal fee is extra. you were given the coupon price that is 19.95 plus the charge for 3 additional quarts of castrol gtx and the disposal fee.We didnt except your credit card because you said you were going to call the credit card company & stop payment. as for the lady who thinks im a thief its because you put no value in my time or investment.I know im an honest family man who has worked long hours for 40years.my time is of value just like the other working man.I think our record shows we a good name we have been at this location for 12 years and have worked on over 75 thousand vehicles.we have the cleanest shop in town & we are one of the highest volumn shops in the area.Our work is backed by a nationwide warranty & the
