Do not use for a property management service, unless you have a house in an upscale neighborhood, and want to renovate it into a crack den or a pile of compost, and then be charged for the stamps they use to send you the monthly bill for their ""services."" In about 5 years of managing my property, they never inspected it, never noticed the tenant had a dog for the last 3 of those five years (without paying a pet deposit), never tried to do routine maintenance, and told me that they could never find the source of a water leak that later caused $25k worth of damage. The only reason they get one star is because they answered the phone when I called- most of the time. Go somewhere else.
