my opinion: A DISGUSTING EXPERIANCE.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POLICE INVOLVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I buy a drill which turns out to be defective. I return to the store for a refund or exchange.
because i had no receipt, a overweight female who claimed to be the manager began to process my exchange. she then picked up her cell phone while I was waiting for her to complete the exchange. she was on the phone quite awhile talking and not processing my return.
unbelievable, she walks out of the store with the cell phone glued to her ear continuing to ignore me waiting. she returned into the store and I told her that's its rude to ignore a customer and talk on the cell phone.
she became unprofessional and rude. when i told her not to use that tone with me, she responded with vulgarities. ie: calling me "needle d**k" and telling me "f**k you".
I told her how disgusting she was and she then said she will not complete the exchange and I should get the f**k out of her store. I said I'm not leaving without the exchange.
she actually called the police. the police arrived and got my drill back from her. I was told that tis is not the first time police had to remedy a situation at this location.
MY CELL PHONE RECORDED THE ENTIRE EVENT which I shall be providing to the ny state attorney general, the county consumer affairs division, better business bureau, the chamber of commerce, corporate office of true value hardware and of course my personal business attorney.
