Review content:
I am the business manager for my wife’s local small business. She contracted with Andrew of Brown Bear Printing for a very small order of five t-shirts on the 26th of August. We sent the logo we wanted on the 26th and was told that once the proof was reviewed it would be seven days until the shirts were completed. We received the proof for review on September 2nd and immediately approved it. After receiving the email with the proof of the shirt, we never heard from this company or Andrew again. With no communication from Brown Bear, she personally went to the business two weeks later to find out where the order was. She met with Andrew and was told that the printer in Kansas City neglected to get the correct number of shirts printed on time. Andrew apologized, but put the onus squarely on someone else and did not take any responsibility. She was told that the shirts would be ready in a few days. Another week passes and we hear nothing from Andrew or Brown Bear Printing. I take time out of my schedule and go to the business and speak with Andrew. As I walk in I can see the shirts we ordered sitting on the shelf behind him. When I ask how long they have been here I was told several days. I asked why I was not contacted about the arrival of the shirts and was told that the printer in Kansas City did not print the full order (they printed four of the five - which I took with me on this visit) and that the last shirt would be ready in "a few days". A "few days" goes by and we still do not have our 5th shirt, which was paid for on the 26th of August. Today, October 9th, I once again went to Brown Bear to see where the remainder of the order is and, once again, I see a shirt on the shelf behind the counter. When I asked Andrew how long it had been in, he said "a few days". I asked why we were not contacted as soon as the shirt arrived and he did not say anything. It was very apparent to me that Andrew could really have cared less. He had our money and that was that. Never again.
