Varied experiences, overall positive until the last. First time, I had a very sick cat, waited patiently in line, dressed in shorts and T-shirt, amongst a number of very elegantly garbed folk with Fancy Dog Breeds on leash: when I got to the counter, the person signing people in looked at me, in the eye, then transferred her attention to the woman behind me, and asked, "May I help you?" She and I both gasped, and she said I was first. Then, I was greeted. On subsequent visits (none too soon, due to that first time!), things went better. I started going more often after H. Katrina, as they are the closest vet to my house, and the care really is excellent. The vets are very high quality, and easy to work with. The support staff, at this time, is much better, also. I have had several experiences with them when I had critically and/or terminally ill pets, and felt both the care and the knowledge were top-notch, and not totally outrageous financially.
