Review content:
The predecessor franchise of Floor Coverings International of Citrus Heights, CA had installed the floor in our house four years ago. We had some issues with that service, but delayed contacting the company until recently.
I acknowledged the warranty had expired when I called the new owner, and he still sent out an installer to correct the two flaws. The technician was very professional, polite and prompt even though he didn't have to be there. I thought it showed a great deal of integrity that he was willing to correct a problem when it wasn't his fault or responsibility.
