Joshua Courtney performed a system inspection at my home today(8/15/11). Repairs were recommended based on that inspection. I did not hesitate in authorizing the repairs due solely to the performance of Joshua. He is professional, courteous, conscientious,and does business with a smile. He instills confidence in your company with his excellent customeer service attitude, his knowledge and his ability to clearly explain his recommendations to the customer. Joshua is an outstanding representative of your company, and the reason I won't hesitate to patronize Gilmore in the future. Thank You, Joshua, for exceeding my expectations. Frank Stella
