Everything was great, from the first phone call we made to ask for an appointment, to the diagnosis and estimate, to the installation, and now we are happily using our new garage door opener. Steven found a crack in our old opener--a pretty serious problem--and we are certainly glad that we have followed others' reviews/recommendations and contacted this garage door company The installation was done on a Sat., and the estimate held true that we didn't pay anything more. Steven is not only honest, but professional and patient, explaining the issues and process thoroughly. A trustworthy contractor!
