I called and told them I bought a house a year ago and 2 lights and fans have never worked and would like to know if someone could come out to fix it. I was told they have a lot of jobs they need to wrap up and couldn't come out. I told them it wasn't an emergency I've lived there a year and could wait of they could give me a date. They said they work with Consumer's Energy to change light bulb also and they are not able to come out at all. I said I saw they had such good reviews and am willing to wait for their other jobs to finish unless they just didn't want mine. And she said they didn't want my job I should call another company.
