After I locked myself out of the house at 11:30 at night in 16 degree weather, I decided that would never happen to me again. I looked on the internet, found this garage door company and gave them a call on Monday. Promptly, on Friday, Derrick came and spent less than thirty minutes installing the new key pad. He lubricated the rollers, springs and screw drive. He, even, gave me a can of spray to use in the future. He inspected the whole door and didn't charge me extra for all that extra work. My door is quieter than when it was first installed. Wow, what a difference. And my key pad is terrific. Derrick and his wife were so good to work with and his service call was more like a visit with a good friend. The work was beyond my expectations, the price was fair and reasonable, he was punctual and I love it. Steven told me several times that if I wanted to reprogram the pad at any time, just call he. even he taught me how to do it for myself. Now, I'm thinking I'm going to get a new door...when I do, I'm calling this garage door repair company, because I know it'll be done right at a fair price. Make the call, you'll be glad you did.
