bought rav4 salesmen great while purchasing then ends got blow out on rear tire .could not get spare off no tool to remove lock..called salesmen they said it is in car look for it ..I checked complete car not found .had santoros tire center remove it paid to have removed called an told salesmen tool could not be found he got nasty an hung up on me .BEWARE AFTER SALE IS DONE
