Originally recommended to Joy Auto from another repair shop in SM that could not fix the problem on my car (kudos for their honesty). Joy automotive was able to complete the necessary repairs at a fair price (I researched comparison prices) and within a reasonable time frame. Having always owned used cars, I can appreciate that Joy Auto does not use 'inferior' (read: cheaper) parts. I've tried that route, and it always costs more in the long run. Since then we have returned to Joy with our other car and found the service to be polite and professional as well as accurate. Recommended, no reservations.
PROS: Recommended by other mechanics. Nuff said. Manager, Ceasar, nice guy.
CONS: Not the rock bottom cheapest, but no where near the most expensive.
