If you have absolutely ANY other option, go somewhere else! I visited her office for a root canal and upon arrival everything seemed normal. I was brought to the area where they do the procedure and quickly numbed topically. They took an X-ray with a huge device that is meant to somehow squeeze into your mouth. When the doctor arrived she had a scowl on her face and was very short and unpleasant. I asked her if she had experience with my type of root canal where she proceeded to respond, "Not really." Right there I felt very uncomfortable and began to ask questions as I had never had a root canal prior. She dismissed my questions with vague, short answers. The doctor and her sidekick proceeded to give me the nerve block which let me tell you, was excruciating! She jammed the needle in so hard 3-4 times! I have never once in all my years of having dental work ever felt anything like this. She must have blocked the wrong nerves before she started to drill into my extremely sensitive tooth. Long story short, I jumped out of the chair and left as fast as possible with a small hole in my tooth and lots of tears. She is THE most insensitive dentist, horrible bed side manner, and obviously NOT experienced. The kicker is- they said they do lots of root canals on children! NEVER TAKE A CHILD TO GET TORTURED there.
